16oz shimmer (glass) jar, we don't work with resin or vinyl. These tumblers are created with sublimation ink, a process that ensures your design doesn't come off with washing or rubbing. The ink may fade throughout the years if left in the sun or in extreme heat often.

TURN AROUND TIME:

We ask for 14-21 business days. We leave this window for our protection, your protection and the protection of your high quality products. TAT refers to the time it takes us to create your products and give it to the postal carrier, it doesn't include the time they may take to deliver to you. Weekends and holidays do not count towards our TAT.

REFUND POLICY:

No refunds on clearance, custom made, mystery or special priced items. All other items may be returned for a store credit minus shipping up to 3 days after delivery.
